Improving our understanding of karma helps us to make sense of our world and our life. Learn how to use this wisdom to let go of the past and the need to blame.
Everyone is welcome. Course fee of $40 per person includes morning tea.
Kelsang Monlam is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Adelaide and has been teaching meditation and buddhism since 2008. Monlam presents Buddha’s teachings in a light and practical manner, and inspires us through example to incorporate Buddha’s teachings into our daily life.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Hand sanitiser will be provided at the door as you arrive. Masks are not required, however please feel free to wear one if you feel more comfortable.
You will be greeted by our volunteers to register you for the workshop. We will have a list of the bookings so there is no need to print out your confirmation.
There will be a selection of books, meditation CDs and audio books to browse or purchase in the breaks.
The meditation will be done in chairs and they will be set up according to social distancing standards.
Payment options: You can pay either securely by credit card or via your PayPal account, if you have one. If neither of those options appeal to you, please feel free to come along on the day of the workshop and pay at the door. We accept cash OR card on the day.
