Meditation is a way of calming the mind, reducing stress and developing a more positive approach to life. This course provides the perfect opportunity to discover for yourself the inner peace and happiness that naturally arises when our mind becomes still. Everyone is welcome.
Dealing with Difficult People

It’s almost impossible to go through life without encountering people we find difficult. Often this can be at work, where we spend a lot of our time, thus leading us to finding this time frustrating and discouraging. At this workshop with Gen Tsalden, learn how to develop the inner strength and protection from this problem in every avenue of our life. Everyone is welcome.
Gen Kelsang Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 17 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 13 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Hand sanitiser will be provided at the door as you arrive.
You will be greeted by our volunteers to register you for the class. We will have a list of the bookings so there is no need to print out your confirmation.
There will be a selection of books and meditation CD’s to browse or purchase, before or after the meditation class (EFT ONLY)
The meditation will be done in chairs and they will be set up according to social distancing standards.
The class will begin at 10am and end at 1pm.
