Half-day Workshops

Dealing with Depression

PROSPECT • SAT 21 OCT • 1-4PM • $40 PP

Many people today feel lost, even broken, with life seeming to have no meaning. Despair and depression consume both energy and relationships across the world; everybody is involved. However, the teachings of Buddha offer ancient wisdom and practical compassion which, if brought into our lives, can utterly transform our world, bringing hope, purpose, light and meaning where previously there was none. Maybe it’s time to try a different approach? Everyone is welcome.

THE TEACHER

Beth O’Brian has a deep appreciation of modern Buddhism, with many years of experience as a teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. Beth teaches with a genuine warmth and loving demeanor, making Buddha’s wisdom easily accessible to everyone.
