Developing Inner Strength - Meditation Workshop

The way in which we relate to ourself affects every area of our life. Therefore we need a positive self view and the ability to be strong and happy with ourself regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us.
Buddha explained the art of self-acceptance and taught many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence. At this meditation workshop Gen Tsalden will explain these techniques for enjoying stable self esteem and happiness, and how to develop an unwavering strong heart, that can withstand the greatest of life’s difficulties with ease.
Gen Kelsang Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 16 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 12 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Hand sanitiser will be provided at the door as you arrive.
You will be greeted by our volunteers to register you for the class. We will have a list of the bookings so there is no need to print out your confirmation.
There will be a selection of books and meditation CD’s to browse or purchase, before or after the meditation class (EFT ONLY)
The meditation will be done in chairs and they will be set up according to social distancing standards.
The class will begin at 10am and end at 1pm.
