Half-day Workshops

Knowing Your Enemy - Meditation Workshop

SOMERTON PARK • SUNDAY 17 OCT • 10AM-1PM • $40 PP

Our real enemies are not the people who have harmed us or our loved ones. Nor are they our government, our times and so forth. Our real enemies are the negative states of mind that we carry within us, such as anger, craving, and jealousy, whose only function is to destroy our inner peace and happiness.

At this workshop Gen Tsalden will explain how to defeat these inner enemies through the practice of meditation and positive thinking, so that finally nothing will have the power to disturb our inner peace and joy. Everyone is welcome.

Living in the Moment - Meditation Workshop

FULLARTON • SUN 14 NOV • 10AM-1PM • $40 PP

In our busy lives we find it difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content.

At this workshop we will learn meditations to help us let go of this limiting mental habit. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment in our life and begin to uncover its true meaning. Everyone is welcome.
