CURRENT COURSE: Dealing with Stress
Whatever our lifestyle, all of us will at times in our life experience stress. So much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. On this course we’ll explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to reduce and finally eliminate stress. By applying this advice in our daily life we can come to enjoy a relaxed and peaceful mind all the time.
NEXT COURSE: Love without Pain FROM Oct 16
Love can give rise to great happiness but all too often it seems to lead to pain and suffering. This is because we fail to understand the difference between love and attachment. Love is the source of happiness whereas the pain and sorrow in our relationships arises from our attachment. On this course, learn how to discriminate clearly between love and attachment and enjoy relationships that are more harmonious, joyful and long-lasting.
ABOUT THE CLASSES
Everyone is welcome. Classes include guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are very practical and easily applied to help solve daily problems and experience more peace of mind. There is no need to book or bring anything, or to start at the beginning of the course – you can drop-in any week. At the end of each class there is an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the topic or about meditation. We hope to see you soon 🙂
