Even if we have family, friends, and other good conditions, we can still feel isolated, misunderstood or lonely; yearning to feel a deeper sense of connection with others. By relying upon Buddhist teachings and meditations, we can heal our feelings of loneliness by recognizing that the perception of ourselves as separate from others is an illusion. In truth, we are all naturally and profoundly interconnected. Through understanding this we can allow a natural closeness and authentic love for others to arise even when we find ourselves at times physically alone. Everyone is welcome.
