Is it possible to fully embrace our life and all its possibilities? To engage fearlessly with our relationships, careers and own inner development? Can we wholeheartedly welcome the challenges that come, and turn them to our advantage? In this course, we will cultivate the courage to face whatever life throws our way – shedding our self-defeating thoughts and diving into a new joyful life. Using Buddhist wisdom we will explore how we can be courageous and realize our own potential. Everyone is welcome.
