Therefore we need a positive self view and the ability to be strong and happy with ourself regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us. Buddha explained the art of self-acceptance and taught many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence. At this meditation workshop Gen Tsalden will explain these techniques for enjoying stable self esteem and happiness, and how to develop an unwavering strong heart, that can withstand the greatest of life’s difficulties with ease.
