Fullarton- Developing Resilience Workshop – 10 Dec 2023

$40.00

In our daily lives, we are faced with many situations which can give rise to painful feelings. Our current instinct, is to try and immediately escape these painful feelings by becoming defensive, blaming others, retaliating or hardening our hearts. In this workshop, we’ll look at how to find and develop our inner strength, so no matter what arises, we can face life with a resilient mind. By using Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques, we’ll learn how to accept, experience and investigate these painful feelings, and in doing so, live confidently and peacefully in the face of adversity. Everyone is welcome.
