In our busy lives we find it difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content.
At this workshop we will learn meditations to help us let go of this limiting mental habit. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment in our life and begin to uncover its true meaning. Everyone is welcome.
The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Tsalden, the Resident Teacher of Maitreya Kadampa Buddhist Centre. An ordained Teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition for more than twelve years, her clear, inspiring teachings, sincerity and gentle manner makes Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
