Anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems for people in ourbusy, modern world. By gaining experience of Buddhist meditation techniques and positive thinking we can learn to control our mind, rather than allowing our worrying mind to control us. By learning to accept painful feelings rather than being panicked by them we can keep a calm and happy mind in all situations.




The teacher of this course is Sarah McMullen-Roach. Sarah has been studying and practising Buddhism for over a decade. She is dedicated, dynamic and full of joy! She is an experienced meditation teacher, having been a part of our centres in Sydney, Newcastle, Auckland, and now Adelaide. Sarah teaches the new Angle Park class on Thursday evenings.
