WHAT TO EXPECT
The class begins with a short introduction, to the topic that is being covered for that class. The teacher will then guide you through a breathing meditation, followed by a short chanted prayer, called Liberating Prayer. The teacher will then give an explanation on the topic that is being covered, how to meditate and how to practically apply this to our daily life. Helping us to integrate our mediation practise into our daily life. We then conclude the class with a guided meditation on the main topic of the class. There is an opportunity to ask questions at the end of class via a live chat.
THE TEACHER
The teacher of this course is Kelsang Luma. Luma is the Resident Teacher of Maitreya Kadampa Buddhist Centre. Luma is a well loved for her humility as well as her energy and joy in sharing Buddha’s instructions.
