Escape the stress and busyness of everyday life and discover the peace of meditation for yourself. Be guided through simple Buddhist meditations that relax the mind and body, leading to a deep experience of inner peace. This retreat is suitable for everyone. It will provide an excellent introduction to meditation, as well as an opportunity for those already familiar with meditation to re-inspire their practice. Enjoy this unique opportunity to experience inner stillness in the tranquil setting of the Adelaide Hills.

The retreat begins with dinner on Friday night and finishes with lunch on Sunday. There are plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind in the peaceful surroundings. The retreat is catered with delicious vegetarian or vegan food, and includes simple accommodation options. All you need to do is to relax and enjoy yourself. Booking is essential – please book early to ensure a place. Everyone is welcome.
